​Once upon a time, I was a lawyer stuck in an office.

Now I am a senior UX researcher & designer in a consultancy collaborating with clients to find solutions to different customer problems and working to tight deadlines.
I take a pragmatic approach by advocating for the needs of the end-users while understanding the various constraints that design has to cater for.

I'm invigorated by complex problems, articulating design rationale, and taking stakeholders (gently by the hand) along a design journey.
I'm also excited by inclusive design, playful interaction design, other peoples' cats, and cold places.​
